In the early days of our home education adventure we stumbled across The Elijah Company online and soon received their catalogue via snail mail. Before long it was scruffy with thumbings. The book lists were useful, but it was the articles I kept returning to. Things like determining your child’s real needs and building relationships.
Today I found an archive of their articles – not all of them, but quite a few that inspired me way back when. And more. Nature journalling, the joys of reading, hidden messages we give our children, surrounded by propaganda, the emotional bank account, the price of motherhood, the recipe for chaos, authentic passion, touch hunger, creating your life, and a mis-led mis-educated generation.
