Most Probably Bare Minimum Requirements:

Put your initial next to each of the following tasks and procedures when you have shown us (that would be your parents) you have completed them. We’ll welcome discussion with you about the books and we would LOVE to see book reviews here on this blog, though this is optional.

  • Read Margin by Robert Swenson
  • Read What The Bible Says About Healthy Living by Rex Russell
  • Read Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon
  • Read Eat Fat, Lose Fat by Mary Enig
  • Establish exercise programme
  • First Aid course

Other possibilities:

  • Scripture Studies: II Timothy 2:5, I Timothy 4:7-8,
    Philippians 3:13-14
  • Volunteer with St Johns
  • Coach a sports team
  • Play competitive sport
  • Research composting toilets, solar power or sustainable farming
